Doing less is a very important thing for us to learn a cyclist. Some people, especially older athletes, you might need three days. It's probably the case that you're not able to consistently progress through your plan like is anticipated. So it's probably best to step back your volume and enable yourself to be consistent and nail those workouts. If we really were objective and looked back at it, when we were performing really well, and our growth rate or our improvement rate was going up, chances are you were just like really consistent.
