I love how you use that human skills are what will make you the most effective UX designer. And I often say, you can't build great software without great relationships. Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist with Stanford University and he's probably putting like a couple of hundred hours behind each episode because he's documenting everything on a research. It's just an amazing source of information.
