I'm a Judge Mental, Bigoted Person

i was thinking, ecause i spent a number of years in affinity group with white people, looking at my own bias and reactivities. The more i heard everybody saying, yes, and i feel that too, and other people too, i realized, ok, this is the kind of messaging from society. And so then i wasn't taking as personally the fact that i would feel, i would judge others as less than me. So it's not so much this, again, this personal failing, but it's this shared experience.
