The Disinformation Framing of Chat GPT

Italy banned chat GPT altogether. The way it's being framed is in terms of the supposed danger of disinformation, which has kind of become the so-called "disinformation frame" I'm generally in favor of a regulatory regime that considers what technology, you know, what social effects technologies have and how to steer them towards things that actually benefit people.
