Rents in London - What Are You Seeing?

According to the latest market analysis from Homelift, rents actually fell by 0.2% last month. London was down 0.9%. The data very much matches what I've seen from just having a load of right move alerts set up. Brents around me have been absolutely bonkers. They've been going up like crazy. But I've definitely seen that peak and then start to come down over the last couple of months. So it feels like the market sort of tested the ceiling and found out where it is.
