The Importance of People in Financial Success

As part of this quarter's Town Hall Report, which is coming in a little bit later in the following quarter, we wanted to talk less about the numbers are still looking great. We felt like this quarter really had to dilute the financial piece because for better or worse, for the last like three years, we've had pretty damn good growth,. You know, at least in the 40s of, you know, mid 40%. And that does take a toll on people. Like success doesn't have to be about numbers all the time. Success is really on the backs of people.
