Apple is the sole decision maker as to whether an ap is made available to apt users through the apple stoi. The rules are made up as you go they are arbitrarily interpreted and enforced, and are subject to change whenever apple sees fit to change. Also, the rules get changed to benefit apple at the expense of apt developers. And the apt store is said to also discriminate between apt developers with similar apts. We treat every developer the same. It's a rigorous process because we care so deeply about privacy and security and quality. But those aps, those rules apply evenly to everyone....
