How Much Beads Should You Use to Treat Internal Hemorrhoids?

Internal hemorrhoids are usually supplied mostly from the inferior rectal arteries, which also supply the skin. So what will determine when would I use beads or when I wouldn't use beads? If I can't get this still enough, there's going to be too much collateral embolization there. On average, we're treating somewhere between three and six blood vessels.
