The Differences Between Buyers and Sellers
Buyers and sellers have different closing costs that apply to each. Buyer who's originating the loan is responsible for majority of those lender costs. Seller agrees on a commission, right, for the seller of their home. That commission is split into two. Half goes to the agent that brings the sale and the other half for the agent that lists the house.
