The Synthesizer Test Is a Test of Creativity
Charles Darwin read Malthus about what happens when there are too many people fighting for space uh in food in an island and said well isn't that what happens with species. That was the great synthesizing idea that led to the archer of species so there's a test in psychology called the rat test remote association test and it gives um three things and you have to decide how to put them together but I think it's a really lousy test, he says.
