Is There a Prescription for How You're Supposed to Act?

I feel like a lot of people probably have a similar experience to you, in this domain and then in so many other domains. And i wish more people talked about that stuff openly. There is no prescription for how you'respposed to act in those moments. Google reassures us all that if you google these things, there are many other people who feel very similarly.
