She's doing more low intensity running. She's for the first time now doing some double sessions on certain days. So we're really, she's really learning what she can tolerate. And she can tolerate quite a bit of volume as long as she doesn't do the high intensity too hard. You know, in her running speed is getting better. It's just, you know, I can give you some examples, but it's really going well for her right now.
