You've Got the Culture Right?

I think culture was a big part of it. And we invested a lot in culture. Not really in a top down like this is the culture we're creating. We need to force it on everyone, in a kind of way. I feel like that so very and you were able to do this without a leadership team the way a corporation might. Or hayasdo don't get it, but i respect your time and your money being over there doing what you see. So it sounds as if you got the culture right. You had a sufficiently large culture that you you had certain norms that were influential, yet it wasn't a cult. Individuals had lots of freedom to do their own thing
