There have been some research done that shows people who nap on a regular basis may be at higher risk for cognitive impairment later in life. Napping is always an important factor with regards to sleep because we're beginning to learn more and more about sleep. If you need naps during the day, especially if you've slept seven to eight hours, I'm not overstating. It means that you really are not getting deep sleep.
