The Second Trimester

The first trimester is when states have no right to regulate at all, it's just up to the woman and her doctor. After this point, the state can intervene because it's more dangerous for the mother. That's now way later, like maybe abortion even in the eighth month. It says a physician. I don't even think it has to be a doctor, right?
