The Climate Crisis Is a Global Issue, Right?
Australia is the world's largest exporter of coal, but three countries in our region that make up 75 % of our thermal coal exports have all set themselves o knit zero goals by the middle of the century. And so that means they're not going to be importing australian thermal coal out to 20 50. The thing about these climate summits is unique consensus. Everyone has to agree. So one country can grind the whole thing to a halt. But i am hopeful that that global portion at the global pressure, together with our push here from below, is going to see some results on this term.
