The Importance of a Good Lease Agreement
Herman Bruce moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1882. He told his wife that he was leaving New England because of the lack of opportunities for him there. The couple had two sons together and were raising them at the time. Herman left after finding a baby's body buried under their bed. It has now been included in her lease agreement with future tenants.
