How to Help Product Managers See Things From a Different Perspective

Boeing has two product managers working on a very strategic engagement for Boeing as a company. They are so busy managing all the stakeholders and making sure that every stakeholder is sort of appeased they have almost no time with their developers and designers to actually build the product. One strategy I used, and actually a team I worked with recently, is using information that's derived from something else other than your personal opinion. You're coming in with fact, but it's not a person-to-person attack.
