i think email marketing is so underrated, and people don't truly understand how powerful it is. When you're sending out news letters and stuff, i actually told luke, who runs this, i said, ke, the news letter like a product in itself. All we want to do is be first and fort like, we want to be an afterthought of a customer. There's always things to improve, but i think it's a big thing that that'll keep hooking in your leads.
