On the fitness side, what specific areas do you think we're really lacking on the science behind like other specific ones that you've seen? Um, well, I think just overall understanding like movement, like the actual essence of movement. We can determine how to move more stuff or how to get bigger or how to increase. But at a fundamental level, like, sort of like, what drives the actual origins of movement is so deep it's not even recognized.
