i don't see any evidence that he was in a position to know, and i just don't see him having the chops to even spot with clarity the existence of wrong doing right now. He didn't like it. He thought he felt wrong about it. So maybe holding him to a standard of, you know, is he doesn't have to be illegal in order to be immoralwell, not necessarily, but if we shift the argument from legality to morality. That's once thing, you got o balance. And what's on the other side of this little teeter tatter? What kind of harm might be caused if i disclose it?"
