Do You Know if You're Not Metabolically Flexible?
In the grand scheme of things, you don't necessarily have to be on a low carb diet. But when you're starting to initially improve metabolic flexibility, insulin resistance, metabolic health with something like PCOS, it may be better to go therapeutically low carb in the beginning. Good for women too. Okay. So you typically want to increase carbohydrates as you increase training. You don't have to. I do really well on a higher carbohydrate diet. This makes a lot of sense because just to give people a real life example, again, from my own process,. essentially like two months ago, more protein, lifting, yachty yachtty yachty."
