The Dharma of Motherhood
In India the law of action is not a function of how you feel about it but of what you are required to do. The earlier model forms the base for your decisions about action in your own life. Rights of passage and of induction lead the individual into the Dharma that he is to play. First are the rights around birth. Cross motherhood is physical and one can see that this child is that mother's child but who really knows who his father is. Next important crisis is that of puberty and I've already had something to say about that.
