The Benefits of Spacing Your Learning Out
The key points of evidence that everybody should know and this is actually stuff that's been known for over a century are twofold. Spreading our learning out is much better for learning outcomes than doing it all in small pockets of time in one unit of time so we should be doing a lot of spacing. Students are much more likely to retain knowledge when we give them frequent chances to test on that knowledge.
