How Did You Solve the Sleep Issues?

Anne: I have memories like me being 13 years old, where i just try to go to sleep at night. And then i would just hear my parents alarm clock in the door and id lik, oh, it's like, seven a m. Anne: When it comes to sleep, i've personally had to train myself till i learned how to sleep. A technique called a sleep anchoring is basically hypnotize and put your brain to sleep and knock it out. If you do this again and again and again, without within two minutes, all of a sudden you're going to knotice, like you're about to knock out.
