The Mindfulness of Picking Up the Phone

The key to that is the awareness of where our mind is, moment by moment. Can off your notifications on your phone. Be intentional when you pick up the phone like it's almost a mindfulness cue. When i go and look at that, i can then stop and say, i've satisfied my goal to disengage. So those, it's a micro control that we're allowing ourselves to have.
