The Fear of Remote Work

I saw a tweet the other day from someone who works from home and I think he was sitting on his back porch and watching his kids jump on the trampoline or something. That's the fear about remote work, isn't it? They're not doing anything. My ideal office arrangement is you have kind of a private wing for a team. There's a central communal space with like couches or desks or chairs or whatever where people can all be out in the open. It's surrounded by a ring of private offices and everyone has their own private office so that if you want, you can go into your happy quiet place and just crank stuff out.
