The Great Wall of China, Is Shrinking?

The great wall of china is shrinking due to erosion, disrepair and people stealing bricks as souvenirs. The Chinese government has put in extra supervision and checks for people leaving the wall so it doesn't get vandalized. There's no solid estimate of how many bricks are in the different total sections of the wall, but it's in the billions - or at least what they think.
