If I had to narrow down exactly what the highest priorities are, like based on this paper, it would be things about how do you do this most efficiently when you are under-resourced. Things are looking at the psychometric properties of questionnaires is a really important one. But equally, with a physical exam, it can be really validating to have someone do a good neurological screening for instance. That can be really reassuring that they're not going to cause damage when they get moving again.
