How to Deal With Fear and Build Resilience
Fear is a habit that has worn a groove in your brain on the level of your neuro psychology. When we try to deal with our fear by avoiding it, pleasing it or attacking it, what ends up happening is we never really deal with the source of the problem. We're constantly trying to outrun fear. What if when life's challenges come up and you feel fear, you could interrupt going into the behaviors that actually don't get you where you want to go? Instead pivot to courage based behaviors.
