From 2012 until he started that diet I basically did intermittent fasting. So eight years of intermittent fasting where I pretty much eight for six hours a day. And then once the second workout was over at like 2pm I would eat. So the hunger wasn't there. The hunger really isn't ever there after dinner but it's not like overwhelming there. That is whether I'm at 205 195 or 185 like I just have this ravenous hunger and I get into it, which I give into when I can do it.
