How to Manage Your Energy

I've been obsessed for a long time with this idea of managing energy, not managing time. The science now is saying that we have the profound ability through very small interventions to make massive changes to our energy. I absolutely get up multiple times a day and go for a walk around the block when I feel myself hitting an energy low. It's an intervention that takes all of five minutes and I come back more energised and ready to go. And so one of the people I interview in my book, Dr. Jamie King, is one of the pioneers of this space in Australia.
