Reaching out and connecting with people every ten days to two weeks is the best cadence for relationship building in an optimized fashion. If we don't have any of those openings, we need to go doe more research and come up with a new opening. So that's why i recommend that you spend the vast majority of your job search time on cultivating existing relationships. This is where we're gongt invest the most time because relationships are built in small, steady layers were yare adding value to the other person.
