This is the type of thing where you at the very least might have some type of oversight hearing in Congress to determine whether this data is being misused. I think immigration and customs enforcement would defend this authority rigorously because it is valuable in conducting these types of criminal investigations. They don't want Congress snooping around and trying to determine the validity of every single one of these requests. It's an interesting one. We'll keep an eye on it for sure.
