How to Know When It's Time to Change Jobs

There's one of the most common questions at a conference like this is that people really get it. They love all the speakers and what they're saying. How do I get by and for doing it? That's the most common question. And some of us answer, just do it. Go and do your backyard usability testing. Do your research. Do your five-minute interview. Some of us, we've just changed jobs. Exactly. So how do you know when is the time to change jobs? Because that's sort of where we started this discussion as well. It's probably time tochange jobs. Yes. But I don't think there is a right answer.
