The Importance of Playing the Fool

I was just reflecting on the profound intervention of demos nephew by Diderot, right. To play the fool to play the dupe in a certain sense. And we see this even in as a as a general problematic of the enlightenment as self. So I think it's taken a step back and maybe we have lost touch with the importance of that notion for us today.
