This movie really reminds me of like, so again, the classic examples of this kind of thing. I think it was a lot of other characters from the novel got cut. And obviously you wouldn't be able to cut both of the detective characters or even one of them maybe. The way that those characters are retained creates some kind of like lantern and light for us to follow through this otherwise.
