The Risks of Exiting a Seller
I don't think I've ever heard of a seller that was 25. That's growing and doing well. Anything under two years old is just not bankable, regardless of what they're trying to do. This needs to be a cash buyer or a strategic buyer. Not a lot of potential folks that could do this one because they can't get financing.
