Are You Predestined 99 % of the Time?

Most people are pulled around constantly by emotional, intellectual and physical forces which they had absolutely no choice of whether or not they came in. Does there exist ability of choice? Yes, but it comes after a lot of effort. They're just a machine, a cog that's being pulled around by external forces,. Some would have made them happy, some would have put them in pain, some would has given them a new opinion. And these people would say they have free will. i think that's basically just ridiculous.
