Even within the world of the film, it feels like there is no kind of sense of judgment or punishment going on. The Robert Cummings as Mark, I think is really interesting because he, I don't like him. You know, you don't feel that it's this great passionate love story between Margot and Mark at all. It's just that her husband is such a piece of shit that it could, it kind of could be anyone.
