Is There a Language That Isn't Concept Based?

There are lots of Things that aren't essential to the relationships that might be in the sentence. So just extra words that are added for The don't influence the nature of the relationship between concepts or objects. Weirdly it reminded me of something I read in my uh, just incremental reading just something about the mathematician Leibniz. He had this Idea for a new language that was going to be like totally concept based and it would sort of be like maths so You Just express relations between ideas using this sort of math-like language. It hasn't come to fruition yet, but maybe in the future, but yeah, it's funny.
