I really like to dig in with people about what are their goals, what are they trying to work on more. And then when we assign projects, the next time it comes up, we make sure that people who are interested in certain technologies can be on certain projects. We've had people who were good at Flutter who wanted to be on Elixir. So it's not always going to be everyone gets exactly what they want, but we try to match it up where we can.
