I think that people would actuly have to drink a lot less water if they had more potent minerals, trace liquid minerals, sea salts. I find i have to drink far less when i do things like sprinkle celtic sea salt into my water. And then the thing that we've aggually done some really interesting research on is a, sleeping at the same time. It's an amazing way to decrease stress and increase our variability. The other piece that we talked about is meditation. Any form of mindfulness is going to improve the a sympathetic para sympathetic balance.
