What Makes Me Anger?
I find the kind of practice of mindfulness, meditation, all that stuff very, very helpful. And it is a practice. It's not a good idea. But for example, mindfulness does take anger seriously. As you get older, you do realize things like contingency matters. I still subscribe to the philosophy, by and large, that nothing matters very much, and few things matter at all. So concentrate on the things that really do matter, because there aren't many of them,. That's a pretty good inoculation to anger.
