How to Deal With Grief

There is a cutoff point with creatures where virtually nobody would feel that way, right? Just a house flight. I'm sure there is a segment of people who have convinced themselves that grave atrocity has occurred if you were to swat and kill a housefly. There's a point where an animal starts to become ambiguous as to whether they are worthy on the dog side or on the housefly side. And we make these carve outs. A lot of that might be social. There are different animals that get different respects in different cultures. But at some point, you're in a middle ground where the intersection of that middle ground is a common set of animals and that might be the delineation.
