Senior leadership thinks they are being clear about what successes but the more you go down the chain of command, the clarity is not crystal clear. And it's an opportunity for us as leaders to really test that and ask, have we been clear? We said were going to be hybrid, but what does that mean? How would we know if we were successful? What is success and what is not success? Oh, you can work from anywhere. Is that actually true? Hybrid, like a hybridcomiing fix hybrid and tells peple they can work from any place. Does that mean i can move to barbadoes? Wins ther? There's so many things that are unclear.
