I want to work with you and do awesome stuff forever. And also, i want to not be committed ever to anything. Yet, i don't know why i'm not like that in my marriage. I think it's because ed is also very independent,. We're very close a unit, but we're very, we have a lot of freedom, like, we're very tight. Since ed and i don't have children, and e our finances are separate, we are, in some ways, like, not as interdependent in terms of decision making as you and i are.
We’re coming at you with part two of the intimate conversation Rodney and Aaron cracked open last week. (Haven’t listened to part one yet? Go back and check out that episode now!)
Today on Brave New Work, Aaron Dignan and Rodney Evans continue exploring the ups and downs of their professional partnership; why they chose to start working with a coach; the big lessons and lingering worries they both sit with; and why seeking out help isn’t necessarily a sign that something’s broken, but rather that you’re actually ready to dig deeper.
