The Role of Dr. Tarantine in Perinatology
A case report published in 1989 that I just mentioned it not long ago, causing fetal demise. A severe mid uterine axial constriction contracted the fetus at the level between the chest and the kidneys. Because of this anomaly, the prematurity, the severe briticardia and the maternal wishes, no intervention was made. The child went on to develop cerebral palsy but again, not common,. It's got to be the right, the perfect storm of a premature child.
