I think China and the United States just in the global, the kind of mental landscape that defines the view of the world is a little bit different. The Chinese are particularly kind of a blank slate compared to the US. I feel there isn't really a space in the US, like political discourse to make space for that challenge. But it's a very big challenge anywhere and the Chinese are really leaning into it in Africa particularly.
