If you want to understand politics and human social behavior, don't read like john locke or some conservative book about the founding others, watch the dog whisper. Human beings and dogs co evolved, and our behaviours are far more similar than most people would like. If people were as virtuous and honest as dogs, i think we'd be a lot better of a a world.
